SHIPPING METHODS

Shipping estimates are Canada-wide only

For Standard Shipping, if you place your order before 2 p.m. ET, it will usually be shipped on the same day. However, during peak sale periods, there may be a 1-2 day delay in shipping. Please note that orders containing ORM-D/aerosol items are required to be shipped by ground due to federal law, which may take longer.


We do not ship to PO boxes for any orders.


All standard orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. If you are in Canada, you can expect your shipment to arrive within 1-8 business days from the date of shipment. The estimated delivery dates displayed during checkout are based on the
If the package is sent back to the postal service and you need to retrieve it, we won't be able to refund the shipping cost. It's the customer's responsibility to collect the package. Just follow the carrier's instructions to get your package.

Unreceived, Lost, and Defective Packages

Lost, Stolen, and Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please inform our Customer Care Team right away so we can start looking into the problem.

For lost or stolen shipments, you must report it within 5 business days from the estimated delivery date.

If you report a damaged package, the shipping courier may ask for photos showing the damage to the shipping box.

Please note that we cannot honor false claims of missing packages. If the shipping service confirms that they delivered your package, but you claim not to have received it, we won't be able to give a refund

Address Change

Our system processes orders very quickly, so making changes after placing an order is challenging. Therefore, we cannot change the delivery address once an order is placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you need to change the delivery address and your order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel the order, and you can place a new order with the correct address.

If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it may be returned to us as undeliverable. In such cases, a $35 return-to-sender fee will be charged. Sometimes misaddressed packages get lost in transit, and in these cases, no refund can be

Expedited Shipping Options

"If you place an expedited order before 2 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on a business day (Monday through Friday), we will process and ship it on the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. ET will be shipped on the next business day. If you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday, or a postal holiday, it will be shipped on the following business day.

During busy times, like holidays or site-wide sales, it might take up to two or three days to process an order. However, expedited orders with paid shipping always get priority. These orders are processed before standard shipping orders. Your order will be sent using a priority service for faster delivery.

Please be aware that if weather-related issues cause a delay in your package delivery, we cannot refund your shipping charges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

 

Signature Required 

For skin and hair care orders, we need someone to sign for the delivery. That means someone should be present at the delivery address to receive the package and sign for it. If there's no one available at the time of delivery, a notice will be left with details about the next delivery attempt or how to get the package.
